摘　　要：以单片微机MCS-8031作为控制元件,设计了一种锅炉高压气压力自动监测装置。该装置能在线检测出多点高压气出口 (设计为6点 )的压力值 ,并把检测到的压力信号转变为电信号 ,送微机进行处理与控制 ,以实现高压气的集中控制与管理。当高压气出口压力超过规定极限值 (上限或下限 )时 ,监控器能自动关闭相应出口的有限单向阀 ,并发出声光报警信号。Using signal-microcomputer as control unit,the high_pressure_gas auto_supervision device is designed.This device could test the pressure of each outlet online,and change the pressure signal to electrical signal and transfer it to computer for process and control.When the pressure of the outlet surpasses the limit of assigned value,the monitor could automatically close the limited one_way value of high_pressure station accordingly, the sound and light warning signals will be given out.This system has been applied in high_pressure system of boiler control system in chemistry industry.
