宝安区社康管理高血压、糖尿病相关知识的KAP研究

摘　　要：通过随机抽样的方法对深圳市宝安区社区健康服务中心服务的高血压、糖尿病穴简称两病雪人群中的2151名患者进行两病相关知识的知、信、行穴KAP雪问卷调查。结果显示,大部分患者的血压和血糖得到了较好的控制,两病的知识、态度与健康行为的知晓率和形成率较好;随着时间的延长两病知识的知晓率有趋于下降的趋势,但态度与健康行为形成率却随着时间的增加而不断提高。建议对两病患者除接受管理初期要进行系统的教育之外,还要进行经常性的健康教育,使相关知识得到更新和强化。To study knowledge,attitude and practice(KAP)on diabetes and hypertensives managed by community health service center in Bao'an District,Shenzhen City.2 151 diabetics and hypertensives randomly selected were surveyed on their KAP.Awareness rate of knowledge and correct rate of attitude and practice in the diabets and hypertensives were satisfied.The awareness rate of knowledge was getting decreased but the correct rate of attitude and practice were getting increased.Continuing health education is necessary for improve-ing the patientss knowledge and changing their behavior.
