邓铁涛浴足方浴足护理不同证型高血压病的疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的 ]观察使用邓铁涛浴足方浴足护理不同证型高血压病人的疗效 ,探讨其治疗高血压病的适应证型。[方法 ]采用单纯临床随机对照分组方法 ,将 2 40例住院高血压病人随机分为实验组和对照组 ,均在内服基础降压药基础上 ,实验组采用邓铁涛浴足方浴足 ,对照组采用温水浴足 ,疗程 2周。 [结果 ]高血压肝火亢盛型病人 2周时收缩压差、舒张压差 (治疗前值 -治疗后值 )组间比较差异无统计学意义 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;痰湿壅盛型、气虚痰瘀型病人治疗 2周后收缩压差、舒张压差组间比较差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]高血压气虚痰瘀型、痰湿壅盛型病人在内服降压药基础上 ,采用邓铁涛浴足方浴足 ,能有效地降低血压。Objective:to observe on the effect of nursing care with “Tietao Deng recipe” on patients with different types of hypertension, in order to find indications of “Tietao Deng recipe” to treat patients with hypertension. Method: a total of 240 hypertension inpatients were divided into both test and control groups via simple clinical randomization method. Patients in test group were given feet bath with “Tietao Deng recipe”, while patients in control group were given feet bath with warm water for two weeks,on the base of basic hypotensive drugs such as Enalapril orally taken. Result: there was no significant difference in terms of both systolic pressure difference and diastolic pressure difference in overabundant liver-fire patients with hypertension between before and after treatment during the first and second weeks(P>0.05).While there was significant difference in overabundant phlegmatic dampness patients and patients with deficiency of qi and phlegm stagnancy (P<0.05).Conclusion: feet bath with “Tietao Deng recipe” can lower down the blood pressure effectively, on the base of taking hypotensive drugs for patients with phlegmatic dampness and with deficiency of qi and phlegm stagnancy.
