摘　　要：本文提出一种新型ZVS三电平双正激DC DC变换器,它由两个双管正激电路串联组合构成,经过一个有两个原边的高频变压器的隔离输出。通过在高频变压器的副边增加一个谐振电感并配合开关管PWM控制实现主开关元件的零电压开通。本文分析了它的工作原理,并讨论了ZVS谐振参数的设计,给出了3kW试验模型的实验结果。并给出了应用不同副边整流电路的三电平双正激DC/DC变换器拓扑。A novel ZVS dual bridge DC/DC converter is presented.The converter is composed of two dual-transistor-forward converter, coupled with a single high frequency transformer.Zero voltage switching is realized by introducing a proper leakage inductance to secondary of the high frequency isolation transformer.Operation principle and ZVS condition of the proposed converter are analyzed. Experimental results obtained from a 3kW prototype are given.Extensions of the proposed converter are presented.
