摘　　要：在对浙江省农业生产形势进行分析的基础上 ,提出了农业结构调整的基本思路和区域化布局的建议 ,以及取消年度粮食生产指令性计划 ,只保留定购任务 ;建立新的土地置换机制 ,加快土地整理 ;继续深化粮食流通体制改革 ;On the basis of analyzing Zhejiang′s agricultural production situation, the paper puts forward the elementary train of thought of the agricultural structure adjustment and the suggestion of the regional distribution. The authors insist on canceling the annual grain production instruction plan, only reserving the order task, constructing new soil changing mechanism, speeding the soil arrangement, continuing to deepen the reform of the grain circulation system and strengthening the strategy of vitalizing agriculture by science and education.
