摘 要:针对含蜡油井、高凝油井、稠油油井生产过程中的举升难题,研制了一种新型油管加热采油装置。该装置利用油井中的油管柱作热源体将电能转化为热能,加热油管内的液体。介绍了油管加热装置的工作原理及各部分的组成,并对地面供电电源、能量控制传输装置、井下绝缘隔离系统及井下发热电路等4部分从结构、原理、性能参数等方面进行了分析。该加热装置在胜利、辽河、大庆、新疆等油田的含蜡油井、高凝油井、稠油井应用200余井次,均取得良好效果。In the light of the difficulty in artificial lifting of waxy oil well, high pour-point oil well and viscous oil well, a new tubing heating system is developed. The system makes use of the tubing string as heat source body to transfer the electric energy into heat energy to heat the liquid in the tubing. The operating principle and components of the tubing heating system are introduced. And an analysis is made on the surface electric power supply, energy control and transfer unit, down-hole insulation and isolation assembly and down-hole heat circuit, and their design feature, operating principle and performance parameters are introduced. The tubing heat system was used on more than 200 wells in Shengli Oilfield, Liaohe Oilfield, Daqing Oilfield and Xinjiang Oilfield, and good effect has been achieved.
