普胸术后活动性出血的外科治疗

摘　　要：目的探讨普胸术后胸内活动性出血的原因、预防及外科治疗。方法 1990年2月至2003年2月普胸术后发生胸内活动性出血47例(1.15％),并对其进行了外科治疗。结果 痊愈出院43例,死亡3例,肾功能衰竭自动出院1例。结论只要术中仔细认真止血,大多数术后活动性出血是可以避免的。对普胸术后发生的活动性出血应积极再次剖胸止血,防止耽误病情、危及生命,并可减少各种并发症的发生。Objective To review the experience of the diagnose,re-exploration indication,surgical treatment and prevention of progressive postoperative hemorrhage in the patients underwent thoracic surgeries. Methods From February 1990 to February 2003,4101 patients underwent primary thoracotomies for various thoracic diseases. Among these,47(1. 15%)patients required re-exploration for progressive postoperative bleeding. Results 43 patients were cured,and 4 cases died. Conclusions Carrying out operation carefully, improving surgical technique are the keys to prevent progressive postoperative bleeding. In order to save life and diminish various complications, we would like to be more active to take a surgical approach for the patients with postoperative bleeding.
