摘  要:对无油润滑压缩机中最常用的有背压开口活塞环进行了受力分析。介绍了确定活塞环环数的图表法、公式法及pv值法,并对它们的特点及应用作了分析。给出了确定活塞环环数的依据和原则,提出了改进的pv值法。并指出,无论采用何种方法,都需对pv值进行校核。Forces impacted on incision backpressure-type piston rings usually used in non-lubricated compressor were analyzed. Diagram method, formula method and pv value method which are used to determine numbers of piston rings were introduced. The feathers and application of them were analyzed. The basis and principles to determine numbers of piston rings were given. The modified pv value method was expounded. The idea was presented that the pv value must be checked whichever method was used.
