摘　　要：分析了聚四氟乙烯L形密封圈成形时不同的成形温度及不同的成形模具结构对产品质量的影响, 通过成形方法的选择和模具结构的改进, 使成形后的半成品外观及尺寸满足用户的要求。The influence of different shaping temperature and mold structure on the product quality of L-type seal-ring of FTFE was analyzed. Through choosing the shaping way and improving the mold structure, the requires was met for the aspect and size of the shaped undone-product.
