异搏定膀胱灌注治疗女性尿道综合征

摘　　要：　　　目的:探讨异搏定膀胱灌注治疗女性尿道综合征的疗效。方法:对 29 例女性尿道综合征患者行异搏定溶液(1.0 g/L,80 ml)膀胱灌注治疗,治疗前后行 IPSS、QOL、尿流率及尿动力学对比。结果:治疗后患者IPSS下降2.34分,QOL下降0.77分,Qmax上升8.03 ml/s , Qave上升4.26 ml/s, 排尿量上升98.91 ml,初始尿意膀胱容量上升34.50 ml,强烈尿意膀胱容量上升64.77 ml,急迫尿意膀胱容量上升124.83 ml,最大膀胱容量上升133.41 ml,最大逼尿肌压下降1.42 kPa,无明显副作用发生。结论:异搏定膀胱灌注治疗女性尿道综合征安全、有效。Objective:To evaluate intravesical isoptin for the treatment of urethral syndrome in female.Methods:Twenty-nine female patients suffering from urethral syndrome were treated by bladder instillation of 80 ml 1 g/L isoptin.Results:Treatment caused IPSS decreasing 2.34, QOL decreasing 0.77, Qmax increasing 8.03 ml/s, Qave increasing 4.26 ml/s, voided volume increasing 98.91 ml, volume at the first desire to void increasing 34.50 ml , volume at the intensity desire to void increasing 64.77 ml, volume at the urgent desire to void increasing 124.83 ml, maximum cystometric capacity increasing 133.41 ml,maximum detrusor pressure decreasing 1.42 kPa. No obviously side effect was found.Conclusions:Intravesical isoptin for the treatment of urethral syndrome in female could be safe and effective.
