摘 要:目的了解砖茶型氟中毒对儿童骨骼发育的影响.方法考察西藏那曲县长期摄入砖茶的132名8~13岁儿童中的110名氟斑牙患者,进行全身骨关节物理检查和双手正位X线检查.结果在110名砖茶型氟斑牙患儿中没有任何明显的骨关节主观症状或客观体征,但96名儿童有明确的骨发育异常X线征象,其检出率为87%.X线主要表现为手部诸骨的骨纹理粗疏(95%),干骺端出现间歇性生长障碍线(65%).随着年龄增长,这些征象有减少倾向.结论砖茶型氟中毒儿童手部诸骨出现骨发育异常的X线征,可以认为是儿童早期氟骨症的诊断依据,并认为早期预防是最佳控制砖茶型氟中毒的方案.Objective To radiographically explore effect of excessive fluoride from brick tea on childhood skeletal development. Methods 110 children suffering from apparent dental fluorosis among 132 children of 6 ~ 13 years old that had long-term ingestion of fluoride from brick tea in Naqu, Tibet underwent physical examination and radiological examination of their hand bones. Results 96 among of these 110 selected children suffering from dental fluorosis revealed evident abnormal radiological signs on skeletal development although without any apparent subjective clinical skeletal/joint symptoms or objective physical signs. The detecting rate was 87% and the prevalence was 73%. The predominant abnormalities were coarse and sparse skeletal texture (91 cases, 95%), and the development of intermittent growth lines, which indicated the once or more than once growth retardation(72 cases, 65%). These radiological signs trended to decline along with the age. Conclusions Field combined radiological analysis suggests that the abnormal skeletal signs appeared in children's hand bones might be diagnostic criteria of childhood early stage skeletal fluorosis. Early prevention is optimal in the control of this brick tea induced skeletal fluorosis for their later life.
