摘  要:当前炼油厂气体和液化气脱除硫化氢普遍采用胺法脱硫工艺,系统中存在重沸器、中温部位管道和贫富液换热器的严重腐蚀问题。通过对镇海炼油化工股份有限公司Ⅱ套蜡油催化裂化脱硫系统腐蚀状况调查,分析了腐蚀原因,落实了防腐蚀措施。主要运用AmiPur胺净化技术即通过阳离子交换树脂去除系统中累积的热稳定性盐,并把胺回收到装置中,从而保证脱硫装置的稳定运行。运用AmiPur胺净化技术是目前控制胺法脱硫装置腐蚀的最有效手段,可使现场监测腐蚀速率降至O.05mm/a以下。Most of the refiners nowadays adopt amine desulfurization Unit process to remove hydrogen sulfide from their refinery gas and LPG. The reboiler, the moderate temperature pipeline and rich and lean liquids heat exchangers suffer from severe corrosion. Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd has carried out a detailed investigation of the corrosion status of the desulfurization system in 2 # gas oil catalytic cracking unit. The corrosion causes have been analyzed and effective protection measures have been taken. The major measure taken is the employment of AmiPur amine purification process, in which cation-exchanged resin is used to remove the accumulated thermal-stable salts and amine is recycled to the unit for reuse so as to ensure the safe stable operation of the unit. The commercial application proves that AmiPur process is an effective approach to control corrosion in the amine desulfurization unit. The corrosion rate can be reduced to less than 0.05mm/yr.
