摘　　要：中国石油天然气股份有限公司哈尔滨分公司电站车间的一台盐酸储罐进厂后曾在严寒环境(-38℃)放置了一个冬天,致使内壁村胶层质量受到了影响,储罐投用一个月后便发生了腐蚀泄漏事故。经开罐检查,衬胶层多处鼓胀破损,虽经多次修补,但腐蚀漏酸现象时有发生。后改为环氧酚醛玻璃钢内衬(二底、八布、三面层)防护,已安全运行4年多,从而消除了生产中的不安全隐患。When a chlorhydric acid tank arrived at the power station of Harbin Petrochemical Company, it was kept for a whole winter months at a temperature of - 38℃.The adverse weather conditions had a tremendous impact on the internal rubber lining. The tank experienced corrosion leakages only one month after it was commissioned. The open - tank inspection revealed a number of expansion damages. Although maintenance was made, the leaks occurred at one time or another. After the rubber lining was replaced with epoxy phenolformaldehyde lining, it has been running for more than 4 years. The hazard potential in tank operation has been eliminated.
