"创口净"杀菌实验观察

摘　　要：目的:观察"创口净"体外杀菌效果。方法:进行悬液定量杀菌实验,含醋酸氯已定3 130mg/L的消毒液对金葡菌和大肠杆菌作用2分钟,含醋酸氯已定6 250 mg/L的消毒液对铜绿假单胞菌作用2分钟,含醋酸氯已定12500mg/L的消毒液对白色念珠菌作用2分钟,每个浓度的杀菌实验进行3次,计算平均杀菌率。结果:各实验浓度的"创口净"平均杀菌率均在99.90％以上,且杀菌效果随浓度增加而增强。结论:创口净具有良好的杀菌效果。Objective: To observe the germicidal efficacy of Chuang Kou Jing. Methods: The suspension method was used to cany out the experimental study on the germicidal effect of Chuang Kou Jing. Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlolhexidine 3 130 mg/L for 2 min, Dabacillus tyocyaneus were exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlolhexidine 6 250 mg/L for 2 min, Candida albicans were exposed to the disinfectant solution containing chlorhexidine 12 500 mg/L for 2 min and each experiment was repeated for three bows in parallel. The mean sterilizing rate was calculated. Results: The sterilizing rates all achieved to 99.90% and the dose-dependent effect was observed. Conclusion: Chuang Kou Jing has good germicidal effect.
