摘　　要：本文介绍了了第三方物流的含义;阐述了第三方物流对企业和社会的作用;强调指出政府在第三方物流发展中应在政策扶持、制定统一的管理制度等方面发挥重要作用。This article introduces the idea of third party logistics; expounds the role of third party logistics to enterprise and society; emphasizes the government should exert important roles in policy supporting, establishing uniform management system, etc. during the development of third party logistics.
