摘　　要：对近年住宅设计的发展进行了分析 ,从设计理念、内部空间、社区景观、结构选材及生态环保等方面进行了论述 ,总结并提出了发展的新趋势 ,对今后的住宅设计有参考价值。The article analyzed the development of reside nc e design recent years, expatiated on design conception, inner space, community s ight, structural material and environment protection, summarized several new tre nd of the development, which have the referenced value to the future residence d esign.
