摘 要:探讨了以管网水力建模为核心、科学预测分析为手段、自动生成优化调度预案的现代城市给水管网调度系统的技术架构和开发模式。介绍了现代城市给水管网调度系统的基础技术SCADA系统 (包括中央调度控制系统、通信信道、数据采集终端 )的现状与发展 ,并从管网地理信息系统 (GIS)、管网水力计算模型、水费管理系统和供水优化调度决策支持系统方面 ,研究了建立在基础技术之上的应用技术。This paper focuses on the technological struct ur e and developing modes of management system of piping net for water supply in mo dern cities, which centers on the water power modeling of piping net, adopts the means of scientific forecast and analysis, and automatically generates continge ncy plan of optimized dispatching. It introduces status quo and development of t he SCADA System, which is the fundamental technology of management system of pip ing net for water supply in modern cities. The System includes central managing control system, communication channel and data collecting terminal. Simultaneous ly, it conducts a research on technology-applying which is based on fundamental technology, including geographical information system (GIS) of piping net, wate r power calculating model of piping net, water rate managing system and decision -making supporting system of optimized management of water supply.
