摘 要:利用微型反应釜,考察了正己基苯在硝酸镍甲醇溶液、硝酸铜甲醇溶液、硝酸镍水溶液、硝酸铜水溶液、硝酸和水催化下的悬浮床加氢裂化反应。并在此基础上选用硝酸铜甲醇溶液作催化剂,在进料量为3.0L/h的中型悬浮床加氢试验装置上对克拉玛依原油的减压蜡油进行悬浮床加氢中试。在中试的反应条件为氢气压力11MPa,温度450℃,体积空速0.6h-1,催化剂加入量(按铜计)800~1000μg/g时,减压蜡油的转化率高于95%,其中汽油和柴油的总收率超过90%,柴汽质量比为1.85。柴油的十六烷指数为41,硫含量为0.0135%;汽油的硫含量为0.0181%。The slurry phase hydrocracking behavior of n-hexyl-benzene was studied under the presence of dispersed catalysts in a micro batch reactor. The catalysts were the solutions of nickel nitrate solved in methanol, copper nitrate solved in methanol, nickel nitrate solved in water, copper nitrate solved in water, and the solution of nitrate acid and water were used as dispersed catalysts also. Based on the reaction of n-hexyl-benzene, the methanol solution of copper nitrate was selected as the catalyst in pilot experiment. Hydrocracking of Karamayi vacuum gas oil was conducted on a 3.0L/h pilot plant under the reaction condition of temperature 450℃, hydrogen pressure 11MPa, LHSV 0.6h -1 with a concentration of the dispersed catalyst counted in copper of 800-1000μg/g. The result showed that the conversion was higher than 95%, and the yield of gasoline plus diesel was more than 90% with a diesel to gasoline ratio of 1.85. The cetane number of diesel was 41, and the sulfur contents in diesel and gasoline were 0.0135% and 0.0181% respectively.
