摘  要:餐具保洁柜以臭氧和紫外线为杀菌因子,为观察其杀菌效果及影响因素,在实验室进行了载体定量杀菌试验。结果,启动保洁柜作用 60min,对侧立于柜内碗架上左、中、右三点瓷碗内表面玻片上大肠杆菌的平均杀灭率分别为 99. 89%、99. 99%、99. 98%;对金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭率分别为 99. 87%、99. 98%、99. 96%。启动保洁柜作用 180min,对平辅于保洁柜底部碗、碟内玻片HBsAg的抗原性不能完全破坏。有机物、温度对保洁柜的杀菌效果有影响,提高相对湿度可使保洁柜对微生物的杀灭效果增强。The Tableware Cleaning Protector has ozone and ultraviolet rays as the germicidal agents. In order to observe its germicidal efficacy and the influencing factors, carrier quantitative germicidal test was carried out in laboratory. Results: When the Cleaning Protector was operated for 60 min, the average killing rates of Escherichia coli on the surfaces of slides inside the porcelain bowls which stood on lateral side at the left, middle and right points of the shelves of the Cleaning Protector were 99.89%, 99.99% and 99.98% respectively and those of Staphylococcus aureus were 99.87%, 99.98% and 99.96% respectively. Operation of the Cleaning Protector for 180 min could not destroy completely the antigenicity of HBsAg on the slides inside the bowls and dishes put on the floor of the Cleaning Protector. Organic substance and temperature had influence on the germicidal efficacy of the Cleaning Protector. Increase in relative humidity could enhance the germicidal efficacy of the Cleaning Protector.
