新型预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器实用灭菌效果观察

摘　　要：为评价新型预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器的临床灭菌效果,以化学监测和生物监测的方法,对其实际灭菌效果进行了观察.结果,连续10次B-D试验结果全部符合要求,各测试点灭菌温度在131～135℃之间,温度分布均匀.经40次生物和化学监测,生物指示剂全部无菌生长,化学指示卡变色均匀达到要求.结论,新型预真空压力蒸汽灭菌器运行稳定,灭菌效果可靠.In order to evaluate the clinical sterilizing efficacy of a new type prevacuum autoclave, its practical sterilizing efficacy was observed using the methods of chemical monitoring and biological monitoring. Results: The results of all 10 consecutive B-D tests fulfilled the requirement. The sterilizing temperatures at various measuring points were 131～135℃ and the temperature was evenly distributed. Forty times of biological and chemical monitoring indicated that all the biological indicators had no bacterial growth and color change of the chemical indicators was homogeneous and fulfilled the requirement. Conclusion: The new type prevacuum autoclave operated stably and had reliable sterilizing efficacy.
