摘　　要：目的　观察探讨动力髋螺钉 (DHS)、GammaNail (γ钉 )、股骨近端髓内钉 (PFN)在不稳定性粗隆间骨折治疗中的应用和疗效。方法　对 90例不稳定性粗隆间骨折行DHS、γ钉、PFN内固定治疗。结果　经术后 2～ 2 3个月随访 ,DHS组优良率为 87 2 %、γ钉组优良率为 91 3%、PFN组优良率为 97 4 %。结论　各种固定有其自身特点。PFN是治疗转子间骨折最牢固的髓内固定方式 ,尤其适用于不稳定转子间粉碎性骨折 .Objective To observe and discuss the DHS、 Gamma、PFN application and its effect in the instable femoral intertrachanteric fracture.Methods Internal fixation was performed with the DHS、 Gamma 、PFN for the 90 cases of femoral instable intertrachanteric fracture.Results With the 2～23 months follow-up after the operation,the excellent and good rate of DHS group was 87.2%、the excellent and good rate of Gamma group was 91.3%,the excellent and good rate of PFN group was 97.4%.Conclusion Every group has own benefit.PFN is the best internal fixation for the treatment of femoral instable intertrachanteric fracture,especially to the comminuted femoral intertrachanteric fractures.
