摘  要:目的 评价纳米级羟基磷灰石梯度涂层 (HAP)植入体 -骨界面骨结合情况。方法 在Beagle犬股骨内植入纳米级HAP梯度涂层栓、普通级HAP涂层栓和钛合金 (Ti- 6AL - 4V)栓 ,在 4、 8、 12周比较X线结果和植入体 -骨界面剪切强度。结果 各时间点纳米级HAP涂层组和普通HAP梯度涂层组的X线结果相当 ,植入体 -骨界面剪切强度均优于钛合金组和钛合金组。结论 纳米级HAP梯度涂层植入体与骨有很好的结合力 ,能够加速骨质的愈合。Objective To appraise the osteointegration between the nanophase hydroxyapatite biograde-coated implants and host bone.Methods Nanophase hydroxyapatite biograde-coated implants,hydroxyapatite biograde-coated implants and noncoated Ti-6AL-4V implants were inserted into both femoral of Beagle canines,X-ray and biomechanical test were performed at 4,8 and 12 weeks.Results The X-ray images of nanophase hydroxyapatite biograde-coated implants were homological with that of hydroxyapatite biograde-coated implants,and biomechanical tests of nanophase hydroxyapatite biograde-coated implants were better than that of hydroxyapatite biograde-coated implants and Ti-6AL-4V implants at 4,8 and 12 weeks.Conclusion The osteointegration between nanophase hydroxyapatite biograde-coated implants and host bone are excellent and the stability of coated implants can be achieved within short period.
