摘 要: 简述了分子筛的特点、性能指标及再生、封装要求,试验研究了不同状态下分子筛的吸附性能,获得了分子筛的饱和吸附量与环境湿度的关系曲线,通过贮存和随机振动试验,考核了分子筛在包装容器中的使用效果和环境适应性。研究结果表明:分子筛的饱和吸附量随相对湿度的降低略有减小,但其饱和吸附量仍可达到 20%以上;专用的干燥剂包装纸袋只会减小分子筛的吸附速率,而对饱和吸附量无影响;分子筛用于包装容器中不仅可有效降湿,而且能在相当长时间内保持较干燥、稳定的贮存环境。The characteristics and specifications of molecular sieve and its process requirements for activation and package were presented. The absorption properties of the molecular sieve in various conditions were studied. The relation curve was obtained between its saturated moisture content and relative humidity. By storage and random vibration test,the application results and environmental adaptation of the molecular sieve in the packing vessel were examined. The results showed that the saturated moisture content of the molecular sieve slightly decreased with decreases of relative humidity, but it still exceeds 20%.The special packing pouch of desiccating agent only reduce absorption rate of the molecular sieve, but can not effect the saturated moisture content. The molecular sieve desiccants were used in the packing vessel,not only reduce the humidity obviously,but also maintained a dry and steady storage environment in quite long time.
