生肌散拆方丹参素对肉芽组织成纤维细胞的生物学作用

摘　　要：目的:研究生肌散中化瘀药丹参素对肉芽创面成纤维细胞的生物学作用。方法:体外培养肉芽组织成纤维细胞,分别加入不同浓度的丹参素,采用 CCK-8、台盼蓝计数、流式细胞仪检测丹参素对成纤维细胞生长增殖的影响。结果:丹参素对肉芽组织中的成纤维细胞有抑制作用,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生肌散中的单方丹参素对肉芽组织中的成纤维细胞有抑制作用,可防止创面的过度愈合。Objective To study the influence of the Huayu herb, Salvianic acid A on the biology of fibroblasts by culture the granulation tissue in wound. Methods The fibroblasts harvested from granulation tissue in wound were cultured in vitro.CCK-8,trypanblue cell counting,flow cytometry were employed to observe the influence of Salvianic acid A on the biological characteristic of fibroblasts. Results Salvianic acid A have a inhibition effect on the proliferation of fibroblasts with a significan difference between control group and Salvianic acid A group(P<0.05). Conculsion Salvianic acid A have an inhibition effect on the granulation tissue in wound,and could prevent overhealing.
