纤维松解结合乳腺组织瓣矫治重度乳头内陷

摘　　要：目的:探索一种效果持久地矫治重度乳头内陷的方法,以降低重度乳头内陷的复发率。 方法:通过直视下充分松解乳头下周围的纤维并切断短缩的乳头纤维组织,而后用乳腺组织瓣支撑以使乳头丰满的双重作用达到矫治重度乳头内陷的效果。结果:2001 年 1 月至 2004 年 4 月采用此方法共治疗 8 例重度乳头内陷的患者,效果满意,术后切口Ⅰ期愈合,无乳头血运障碍发生。远期随访乳头的感觉及勃起功能正常,乳房外形满意,无明显瘢痕。 结论:该手术方法矫正重度乳头内陷效果确切,简单易行,大大降低了重度乳头内陷的复发率。Objective To introduce a new method for improving surgical result of serious congenital nipple inversion and reducing recurernce rate. Methods Vertical incision throw the midpoint of the nipple, releasing the fiber tissue around the lactiferous ducts and fibrous bands beneath the nipple, and use galactophore tissue flaps as support tissue to replace the nipple at normal position. Results Since 2001 to 2004, 8 cases of serious congenital nipple inversion were treated by this method. No recurrence can be seen in all cases and there were no complication related to surgery. The shape and height of the nipples were nice. Conclusion This method of serious congenital inverted nipple correction is simple and safe. The shape of nipple is plumpy and persistent.
