摘　　要：通过环境改造设计,提升环境中人的主体地位,突出保护建筑的形象,浓缩建设部的“建设”主题,使国家机关办公楼环境在自然背景和使用功能的基础上有序化。The design is expected to raise the main body position of human in the environment and highlight the protection of building image. The theme of construction for the Ministry of Construction is enriched , and the office environment is made orderly at the background of nature and on the basis of function in front of the office building of Ministry of Construction, P.R.China.
