摘 要:针对锡林浩特二电厂2×25MW高压供热机组给水系统中给水泵的选择,为提高给水泵的经济性、节约厂用电,将给水泵在锅炉母管制给水系统中的三种并联运行方式和调节方法进行了分析,得出在母管制给水系统中装1台调速泵,使之和定速泵并联运行调节整个给水系统负荷,消除给水泵流量供需不匹配而造成母管压力过高的耗电损失,是一个投资少收效大的节能措施。是内蒙古电力系统母管制给水系统设计的首例。As for selection of feed pumps in the feed water system of high pressure heat supply units of Xilinhot No. 2 Power Plant, we have made analyse on the three shunt operation ways and control method of feed pumps in the feed water system of boiler manifold system in order to raise economical efficiency of feed pumps and save auxiliary power. And we educed that it is a energy reserve method of less investment and higher yield results with one speed regulation pump in the feed water system of manifold system, and operating it shuntly with constant speed pump to regulate whole load of feed water system, eliminate power consumption loss caused by overhigh pressure on minifold for not matching on supply and need of feed pump flow. And this is the first example of design on feed water system of manifold system in Inner Mongolia Power system.
