摘 要:本实验观察了第三脑室注射甲硫氨酸脑啡肽和阿片受体阻断剂纳洛酮对北京鸭肌胃电和胃酸分泌的影响,结果表明:脑室注射5μg、10μg、25μg脑啡肽,均可使北京鸭肌胃电平均每簇快波数和每分钟快波数,极显著低于注射前和注射生理盐水(P<0.01);脑啡肽(0.075g/L)注入脑室后,北京鸭胃酸分泌明显抑制(P<0.05);预先注射阿片受体阻断剂纳洛酮后,再注射同样剂量脑啡肽,抑制胃酸分泌的现象消失。结果提示,脑室注射脑啡肽对北京鸭胃酸分泌和肌胃运动有抑制作用,此作用可能是通过作用于阿片受体而实现的。The effect on ventriculus muscularis electric activities and gastric acid secretion of Beijing duck was observed by injection -enkephalin and naloxone to the third cerebral ventride. The results showed:The number of circle of the ventriculus muscularis electric activities in minute and in every were decreased significantly(P<0.01) by injection -enkephalin to the third cerebral ventride in 5 μg?10 μg?25 μg. After 5ul enkephalin(0.075 g/L)was injected to cerebral ventricle,gastric acid secretion of Beijing duck was inhibited and the most notable inhibition occurred at 20th minute after injection.When we injected same dose enkephalin after injecting naloxone-the receptor obstruction of enkephalin,the inhibition of gastric acid secretion disappeared.The results pointed enkephalin injected to cerebral ventricle inhibition gastric acid secretion and ventriculus muscularis electric activities.The role was played by center delta receptor of enkephalin.
