摘 要:通过分析10kV配电网中性点不接地、经消弧线圈接地和经电阻接地三种接地方式的优缺点,提出了中性点经消弧线圈并联电阻的接地方式。该方式主要由自动调谐消弧线圈、自动投切电阻器和控制器等组成,既能充分发挥消弧线圈补偿电容电流、提高单相接地故障自恢复概率的作用,又能利用并联电阻抑制过电压和实现单相接地故障选线。计算分析表明,采用该接地方式时,如运用零序电流有功分量或增量比较法,可对过渡电阻为3000Ω及以下的单相永久接地故障实现准确选线。After analyzing the merits and demerits of three neutral grounding modes in 10kV distribution network such as neutral ungrounded, neutral grounded via Peterson coil and neutral grounded via resistance, another neutral grounding mode, i.e., neutral grounded via Peterson coil with parallel resistor which mainly consists of an auto-tuned Petersen coil, an auto-switched paralleled resistor and controller, is presented. By such mode, the function of Peterson coil is developed to compensate the capacitor current and increase the self-restoration probability of single phase to ground fault. Meanwhile, the resistor will help to suppress the overvoltage and detect the faulty feeder. The results from calculation and analysis show that under this kind of neutral grounding mode, the faulty feeder in 10kV distribution network could be accurately detected for the permanent single phase to ground fault with transition resistance lower than 3000Ω.
