摘 要:广东电网是世界上最大的交直流互联电网的受端电网。文章结合广东电网的发展特点,对如何建设西电东送坚强的受端电网、提高供电可靠性提出了若干建议。广东电网应加强电源建设、优化电源布局和结构:积极推进外环网建设、优化环网结构;重视无功规划和建设;合理选择外区送电方式、落点及接入方案;实施分区供电;加大新技术研究和推广应用的力度;加强运行管理,重视电网运行状态分析及事故预想研究;积极开展电力系统统一规划和科学研究。Guangdong power network is the power network at the receiving side of the largest hybrid AC/DC power grid in the world. According to the development features of Guangdong power network some suggestions on how to construct a strong receiving power network in the project of transmitting power from West China to East China and improve the reliability of power supply are put forward. The concrete measures are as follows: enhancing the construction of power sources; optimizing the arrangement and structure of power source; enhancing outer-loop network construction, optimizing loop network structure; paying attention to reactive power planning and its construction; choosing the reasonable scheme for outer-zone power transmission modes, receiving ends and connection project; implementing subarea supply; researching and applying new technologies, enhancing the administration; enhancing operation situation analysis and premeditated simulation of accident; carrying out the study on unified power system planning, etc.
