冠心病患者伴抑郁行心理治疗对其心绞痛和心电图的影响

摘　　要：目的对伴有抑郁的冠心病患者进行综合性心理治疗,观察心理治疗抑郁对其心绞痛及心电图的影响。方法选取符合试验条件的冠心病患者70例,随机分试验组和对照组,两组均给予常规心血管药物治疗,试验组同时进行心理治疗16周。结果试验组Beck抑郁分值、心绞痛级别、心电图均有显著改善;与对照组比较有显著性差别。结论对伴抑郁的冠心病患者进行综合性心理治疗有助于其抑郁的缓解或消除,并可改善其心绞痛和心电图。Objective To determine whether comprehensive psychotherapy for depression in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) can or not lead to improvement in angina pectoris grade and electrocardiograph (ECG).Method The 70 depressed patients with stable CHD were alloted into experimental group and control group randomly, each group composed of 35 patients. Within 16 weeks, the conventional medical treatment was given to both the control group and experimental group, and the comprehensive psychotherapy was given to the experimental group only. The Beck depression inventory(BDI), angina pectoris grade and ECG were examined and compared between pre- and post- treatment effects in two groups. Results BDI, angina pectoris grade and ECG were improved more significantly in patients of the experimental group than those of control group.Conclusion Treating depression with comprehensive psychotherapy may weaken or remit depression, and improve angina pectoris grade and ECG.
