摘 要:文章针对M50SC型船用主机使用过程中活塞环磨损过大的问题,采用活塞环表面渗氮技术对实际使用的活塞环进行处理,力图通过改善活塞环的磨损抗力和腐蚀抗力来提高其使用寿命,从而延长吊缸周期,减少停船率,降低运营成本及船员的工作强度。实验室模拟试验结果表明,经表面处理的活塞环对减小运行过程的磨损是有益的,活塞环表面渗氮技术是减小活塞环磨损的有效手段,而缸套的磨损不会明显增加。In order to resolve the problem of severe wear during operation of the M50SC main engine,the surface nitriding technics has been used to treat the surface of piston ring.It is expected to increase the life-time of engine,prolong the MTBO of cylinder liner,reduce the ceasing ratio of ship,the working intensity of crew and working cost by means of raising wear resistance and corrosion resistance.The results of simulation experiment indicates that it is benefit for reducing wear of piston ring by surface treatment,and the technics of surface nitriding is an effective method to reduce piston ring wear,and in the same time,the wear of cylinder liner is not increased obviously.
