64例Y型钢板治疗关节内跟骨骨折的结果分析

摘　　要：目的 :分析讨论切开复位Y型钢板内固定治疗关节内跟骨骨折的治疗方法和疗效。方法 :对 2 0 0 0年 2月～ 2 0 0 3年 5月行切开复位Y形钢板内固定治疗的 6 4例累及关节面的跟骨骨折的结果作分析讨论。结果 :6 4例累及关节面的跟骨骨折术后患足功能按Maryland足部评分系统优良率为 89.0 6 %。结论 :对于关节内跟骨骨折 ,应用切开复位Y型钢板内固定是很好的治疗方法。Objective:To analyze and discuss the treat men t of intra-articular calcaneal fracture by open reduction and Y-shaped plate int ernal fixation.Method: 64 cases of intra-articular calcaneal f racture treated by open reduction and Y-shaped plate internal fixation from Feb. 2000 to May 2003 were studied retrospectively. Results: T he foot furution after operation was evaluated by the Maryland Foot Score, excelle nt results occurred in 25,good in 32, the rate of excellent and good clinical re sults 89.06 percent.Conclusion:Open reduction and Y-shaped p late internal fixation is an excellent method to treat intra-articular calcaneal fracture.
