Clinical Significance of Measurement of Changes in Serum NO/NOS Ratio and Plasma ET Contents After Treatment in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease

摘  要:目的 :探讨了冠心病患者治疗前后血NO/NOS和ET含量变化。方法 :应用酶法和放免法检测了38例冠心病患者血NO/NOS及ET含量 ,并与 35例正常健康人作对照。结果 :冠心病患者治疗前血NO水平显著低于正常人组 (P <0 0 5 )。而NOS、ET又非常显著地高于正常人组 (P <0 0 1) ,治疗后一个月血NO、NOS与正常人比较无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而ET与正常人比较仍有差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :检测冠心病患者血NO/NOS、ET水平对观察预后有重要的临床价值。Objective To investigate the changes of serum NO/NOS ratio and plasma ET contents after treatment in Patients with coronary heart disease. Methods Serum NO/NOS ratio (with EIA) and plasma ET (with RIA) contents were measured in 38 patients with coronary heart disease both before and after treatment as well as in 35 controls. Results Serum levels of NO were significantly lower (P<0.05) in patients with coronary heart disease and NOS, ET levels significantly higher (P<0.01) than those in the controls before treatment. One months after treatment the serum levels of NO and NOS in the patients were not much different from those in the controls (P>0.05), but plasma ET levels remained significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusion Changes of serum NO/NOS ratio and plasma ET contents after treatment might be of prognostic importance in patients with coronary heart disease.
