摘　　要：针对目前国内矿业权市场的发展,分析了国有地勘单位参与矿业权市场竞争的优劣势,指出国有地勘单位必须尽快进行体制、机制和所有制的改革,主动将地勘经济融入地方经济中去,努力拓宽勘查资金渠道,建立矿业权“商品”再生机制,树立现代营销理念全方位地参与国内矿业权市场的竞争。According to the development of mineral properties,the superiority and inferior position of the state geologic investigation unit in market competition of mineral properties are analysed.It is pointed that the information of system of organization,train of mechanism and system of ownership should be speeded up,and mixed the investigation economy together with the local econony on our own initiative,it is also pointed that the channel of investigation funds should be widened actively,the regenesis mechanism of mineral properties and the modern sale concept should be set up to participate in domestic market competition of mineral properties.
