摘　　要：由于我国证券市场的发展与政府的干预和保护密切相关 ,政府的不恰当干预和信息的不对称给证券市场创设了大量租金 ,证券市场相关主体为寻求租金展开的寻租活动给市场带来了十分不利的影响。本文从寻租的经济内涵出发 ,考察了其在我国证券市场的表现 ,然后深入分析了寻租行为存在的原因 ,并针对性地提出了可供选择的治理对策。The growth of China securities matket is closely related to the interference from the government, and considerable rent has been created as a result of the government's improper interference and dissymmetry of information.This thesis first introduces the econimic meaning of rent-seeking, then studies the performance of the activity, its origin, at last give some countermeasures.
