摘 要:本实验利用带DiI荧光标记的低密度脂蛋白(LDL)与Hela细胞表面LDL受体结合,通过CCD荧光观测系统实时记录观测图象,并利用自己开发的单粒子追踪(SPT)数据处理系统,对被标记上的受体进行定位和轨迹分析。通过实验,得到了LDL受体几类典型的运动方式,并经过大量轨迹的统计,讨论了LDL受体在细胞膜表面存在的特定结构的一些性质。LDL receptors on the membrane of Hela cells were labeled by low density lipoprotein(LDL) with DiI fluorescent probes and observed and recorded by a CCD fluorescent imaging system. Their positions and tracks were located and analysed by a data processing system which we developed for single particle tracking(SPT). According to the experiments, several typical tracks of LDL receptors were observed and some characteristics of the cellular membrane were discussed on the basis of the statistics of lots of receptor tracks.
