摘  要:石蜡加氢精制装置操作能耗主要为电耗、蒸汽和燃料消耗3项,共占操作能耗的95%以上。为降低装置电耗,优化工艺,主要措施为:氢气一次通过工艺,停开循环氢压缩机;采用高效低功率的高速原料泵,减少升压耗电量;采用机械抽真空,降低抽真空蒸汽及汽提蒸汽;优化装置的伴热流程,延长单条伴热的有效长度;降低燃料气消耗,除提高加热炉效率外,延长催化剂在中低温反应阶段的运行时间。The main energy consumption comprises electricity, steam and fuels in wax hydrofining unit, and these factors are more than 95% energy collectivity. In order to decrease electricity consumption and optimize process, the main measures include: recycle hydrogen compressor runs only at the moment of starting work or shutdown; high powered and tail-wagging pump is adopted; the vacuum jet is replaced by vacuum pump; the calefaction system is improved by extending steam calefaction line; increasing efficiency of heater and prolonging the running time of catalyst in low temperature state for decreasing gas consumption.
