摘 要:目的探讨应用神经电生理方法检测马蹄内翻足患儿神经功能以明确病因和评估预后。方法应用SSEP、NCV及H反射等电生理检测方法,对48例(63足)马蹄内翻足患儿的神经功能进行检测。结果共有43足出现神经电生理异常(68.3%)。其中显示SSEP异常27足(42.9%),NCV异常15足(23.8%),H反射异常10足(15.9%)。重度畸形中(88.2%),中度畸形(74.2)存在神经电生理异常;合并SSEP和H反射均异常者6足。病变位点位腰骶脊髓者21足(48.8%)。结论先天性马蹄足患者多存在神经电生理异常且病变位点多位于腰骶脊髓节段。神经电生理异常与马蹄内翻足畸形程度相关。Objective:To evaluate the function of neural system in congenital clubfoot and elucidate the etiology,and elicit prognosis.Method:From Feb.2001 to Dec.2003,48 patients were analyzed with electrophysiological examination such as somatosensory evoked potentials(SSEPs).Result:The results of 43 clubfoots(68.3%)were abnormal.Meanwhile,the results reviewed that there were 27 cases showed SSEP abnormality,and 15 revealed nerve conduction veolocity(NCV)abnormality,10 cases H-reflex abnormality were observed.On the other hand,almost 88% cases in the Grade severe showed neural abnormality,while of 23 clubfoots in Grade mild group were abnormal.The pathological sites were frequently localized in lumbarsacral region.Conclusion:The results reveals that most congenital clubfoots have neural abnormality and it is closely relative to the degree of the clubfoot deformity.
