摘  要:以丙烯酸为单体,采用过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为氧化还原引发剂,同时亚硫酸氢钠又作为链转移剂来制备低分子量的聚丙烯酸钠。研究了单体浓度、引发剂用量、链转移剂用量以及反应温度对分子量和分散性的影响。通过正交设计实验确定了最佳反应条件:过硫酸铵用量为 5 56%,亚硫酸氢钠为 4 44%,单体浓度为 33 3%,温度 70℃,反应时间为 3h。The low molecular weight polyacrylate sodium was synthesized with acrylic acid as monomer, ammonium peroxydisulfate and sodium hydrogen sulfite as redox initiator and sodium hydrogen sulfite as chain transfer agent as well. The factors such as monomer concentration, dosage of initiator, dosage of chain transfer agent, reaction temperature and so on influencing on molecular weight and dispersibility was studied. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by orthogonal design as follows: amount of ammonium peroxydisulfate is 5 56%, amount of sodium hydrogen sulfite is 4 44%, monomer concentration is 33 3%, reaction temperature is 70℃,and reaction time is three hours。
