变压器用油的析气性问题

摘　　要：论述了油的析气性与芳香烃含量有关;介绍了绝缘油析气性评定方法和原理,认为在加入浓缩芳烃改善析气性同时会影响击穿强度、吸潮性、抗氧化性能和油带电度等性能参数。阐明了变压器油中溶解气体与油的析气性无直接关系;从工程角度尚未发现油析气性值不同对变压器局放的影响。建议有关部门不采用SH0040-1991《超高压变压器油》标准,新制定了“变压器油选用导则”。The paper discussed oil gassing of concerning the content of aromatic hydrocarbon, because hydrogen ion can be absorbed into fragrant ring, and make the hydrogen in oil decrease. The assessment method and principles of insulation oil gassing were introduced, and the change conditions of oil structure group before and after the gassing test were analyzed. The experiences of gassing test for 500 kV transformer oil were narrated, such as the different results in the different test method and condition; the test with IEC A method can not represent the operation conditions of transformer; gassing coefficient can not be correct to distinguish the discrepancy of cyctaparaffin base and paraffin base oil; concentrated fragrant hydrocarbon can bring unfavorable influence by addition of ordinary transformer oil The ordinary transformer oil can be also used in 500 kV transformer; and SH0040-1991 HV transformer oil standard can not be used in electric power industry.
