摘 要:简要介绍了CSP薄板坯连铸工艺全程控氮的原理。通过试验测量了不同底吹工艺条件下转炉钢水及经过LF炉处理后钢水的w(N)。满足钢水质量对降氮要求应采取的措施有底吹时氮氩切换的适宜时间约10min;LF炉精炼工艺要求埋弧操作并控制炉内气氛;大包与中包间钢水用长水口浇铸、氩气密封和实施保护浇铸等。This paper briefly introduces the theory of nitrogen control for molten steel of CSP thin slab casting.The nitrogen content of steel w(N) before and after LF refining furnace treatment were measured under different bottom-blowing conditions. In order to meet the needs of steel quality for decreasing nitrogen, the following measures were taken: an optimal changing-over time of nitrogen and argon was kept at about 10 minutes;the buried arc and atmosphere-controlled operations were adopted in LF furnace;the extended nozzle and protective casting with argon sealing were used between tundish and ladle,etc.
