摘　　要：英国政府在财政对卫生投入不足和公众对医疗保健需求增长很快,公众对此十分不满的情况下,把PFI引入了医院,取得了一定的效果。目前,我国公有制医院也陷入了类似的困境。因此,在我国的公共卫生改革中考虑引入PFI具有一定的可行性。When the medical investment from finance was not enough and the increasingly public medical need, the British government introduced the PFI into the hospital and acquired certain effect. At present, our state-owned hospitals are falling into such dilemma. So, it is feasible to introduce the PFI into state-owned hospitals in the reformation of public health in China.
