摘　　要：降低医院药品费用,医生合理用药是关键。本文分析了医院实行药品集中招标采购以后制订的相关后续管理措施,通过控制药品收入占医院业务收入的比例,促进医生合理用药。探索将药品招标采购、合理用药、控制药品费用与医院综合目标管理有机结合的管理模式,切实减轻患者负担。Doctors are the key link in reducing drugs cost in hospitals. This article analyzes new management regulations after the hospitals carried out the drugs group bids and purchase in order to control the proportion of drug income in the professional income of the hospital. Exploring a new operation model of combining drugs group bids and purchase, using drugs properly and the comprehensive management goals are good ways to reduce the burden of the patients.
