大唐托克托电厂二期工程调试过程中工期和质量的控制

摘　　要：面对京津唐电网缺电的严重局势 ,大唐托克托电厂二期工程在机组安装调试过程中多次要求加快施工调试速度、缩短工期。在这一形势下 ,业主和各参建单位通过强化工程建设管理 ,实施弹性试运计划 ,加强调试过程控制 ,加强试运组织协调等科学管理措施 ,使最终的工程质量与进度达到统一 ,工程在大负荷来临时相继投运 。Facing to the serious circumstance of electricity shortage for the Beijing-Tianjing-Tangshan Power Grid, the phase II project in Datang Tuoketuo Power Plant has been required to speed up the construction and regulation and reduce the construction schedule during installation and regulation of units many times. Under this condition the owner and all contractors involved in construction have strengthened the construction management, implemented the flexible plan for trial operation, enhance the control on regulation and test process and organization coordination for trial operation. As a result the engineering quality and schedule of the project have realized unity. The units have been put into operation one by one before the great load comes, which has contributed to relaxation of the electricity shortage for the power grid.
