摘　　要：将耐火纤维制成高强度颗粒作为浇注料中的骨料,置换浇注料中天然骨料,把重质耐火浇注料和轻质隔热浇注料的优点集于一体,用于轧钢加热炉炉底水管包扎,其抗热稳定性高,保温效果好,减少了炉底水管带走的热量,同时也降低了因炉底水管形成的钢坯黑印。A new type of castable refractory fiber is introduced that made the fiber into the high strength pillar which is the bone of the materials. It gathers the advantages of the heavy quality refractory castable and the light quality together by instead of the bone of the natural material with the fiber. Being the binding material of water pipes inside heating furnace, this kind of material has good heat stability and heat preservation and decreases the heat loss by the pipe. The black prints on the billet is reduced.
