摘　　要：信息资源管理的理论与实践随着市场竞争环境的变化而不断发展 ,它直接关系到企业的生存状态。本文试图从企业流程管理出发探讨企业信息资源集成化管理的基本理念、操作方法、网络技术、系统平台和机构变革 。Along with the circumstance transformation of the compelitive market,the theory and practice of the information resources management are both developing,which is close relative with the enterprises' existent state.This thesis dicusses the basic theory,operation method,network technology,platform and organization innovation based on process and in conclusion presents the reform patterns and the organization modes.
