摘　　要：首先给出了智能化小区的构架,并对智能家居系统进行了分析。在此基础上重点讨论了采用无线传输方式的智能家居系统的标准规范、技术实现及发展现状。最后介绍了基于蓝牙技术的智能家居核心SoC平台技术的研究。The framework of intelligent residences was presented, the smart home system was analyzed in this paper. Emphases were placed on the discussion of the standards and criterions for the smart home systems based on wireless transmission, the implementation of technique, and the actualities of development. Finally, the research for the platform technology of key SoC of smart home systems based on Bluetooth were introduced.
