摘 要:为优化 12 0 0 0kg/h 4打 11分卧式打叶机的工艺参数 ,根据生产线实测结果 ,用相关方法分析了打叶复烤生产线流量、打前烟叶含水率、温度及打叶机组工艺参数对打叶去梗质量及出片率的影响。结果表明 ,随着打叶流量逐渐增大 ,碎片率呈近似“U”形变化趋势 ,叶中含梗率及梗中含叶率也随之升高 ;在一定范围内 ,随着打前烟叶含水率和温度的升高 ,>12 .7mm叶片率提高 ,<3.18mm碎片率和梗中含叶率降低 ;随着 >12 .7mm叶片率的提高 ,虽可减少打叶造碎及梗中含叶率 ,提高出片率 ,但会增大叶中含梗率。In order to optimize the technological parameters of the 12000kg/h horizontal threshing line of four-stage-thresher and eleven-classifier, the correlations of threshing quality and strips yield with throughput, moisture content and temperature of tobacco before threshing, and technological parameters of threshing line were analyzed on the (basis) of accumulated QC data. The results showed that: 1) with the increase of throughput, the percentage of fine ((<3.18mm)) changed as a curve of “U' shape, the values of stem in lamina and lamina in stem increased accordingly; 2) the share of strips over 12.7mm increased and that of below 3.18mm and the value of lamina in stem (decreased) with the increase of moisture content and temperature of tobacco before threshing within a certain range; and 3) with the increase of the share of strips over 12.7mm, the tobacco degradation and the value of lamina in stem (reduced,) and the strips yield increased, however, the value of stem in lamina would increase as well.
