摘　　要：建立了测定烟草中涕灭威残留量的方法 ,即采用甲醇萃取烟草 ,萃取液中的涕灭威及其代谢物通过过氧化氢氧化转化为涕灭威砜 ,再用二氯甲烷提取去除干扰 ,然后用配备火焰光度检测器的气相色谱仪测定。外标法定量。方法的检出限为 0 .0 4 μg/g ,平均回收率为 83.12 %～ 99.16 % ,相对标准偏差为 5 .5 6 %～ 10 .77%。A method for determining aldicarb residue in tobacco by GC/FPD was developed. Aldicarb in tobacco was extracted with methanol, oxidized by H_2O_2, purified by liquid-liquid partition with CH_2Cl_2 to remove the components interfering GC separation of aldicarb, and then determined by GC/FPD. The aldicarb residue in tobacco was quantitated by an external standard method. The detection limit of this method was 0.04μg/g, the recoveries of aldicarb residue from tobacco samples were from 83.12% to 99.16% and the RSD was from 5.56% to 10.77%.
